The Patient-centred Integrated Procedural Skills Assessment and Feedback Tool has been designed by the Sydney Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre, for the purpose of assessing and providing feedback on clinicians performance. The tool has been designed to address several important aspects of any procedural skill: risk assessment, quality of patient interaction and communication, monitoring, positioning, asepsis, patient comfort, technique and application of therapies, safe practice, continuity of care and professionalism. Following completion of the assessment tool, both the supervisor and supervisee receive a copy of the feedback. Internet connection is required.
